  • Welcome groups on the day of their event, ensuring seamless coordination and a positive experience.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients, fostering a welcoming environment.
  • Engage in weekly sales and operational discussions, contributing insights and feedback.
  • Maintain organized records of client communications using a professional CRM system.
  • Exemplify and promote the core values of KidZania, including positivity, professionalism, and respect.
  • Assist with customer service inquiries as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
