Job Title: Client Relationship Specialist

We are excited to welcome a Client Relationship Specialist to our dynamic banking team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in providing outstanding customer service by managing transactions and addressing service requests for both individual and business clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers and prospects, handling inquiries and facilitating wire transfers.
- Assess customer requirements and propose suitable solutions through in-person interactions and phone communications.
- Open, close, and oversee customer accounts while identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Guide customers on utilizing self-service and remote banking options.
- Foster and maintain relationships with existing clients to enhance business growth.
Required Qualifications:
- Availability to work 40 hours per week during standard banking hours, including occasional Saturdays.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and cash handling is essential.
- At least 2 years of experience as a teller or banker in a regulated financial environment is required.
- Exceptional listening and customer service abilities with a keen aptitude for identifying client needs.
