Key Responsibilities:
- Directly report to the Senior Vice President of Federal Business Development to drive corporate growth year-over-year.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and research to identify and pursue business opportunities within the federal sector.
- Engage actively throughout the business development lifecycle (identification, qualification, capture, submission) to secure new contracts.
- Collaborate across INADEV departments (including Technical Solutions, Marketing, Delivery Operations, and Talent Acquisition) to implement growth strategies.
- Assist in preparing solicitation responses (including writing, market research, and competitive analysis).
- Enhance product and service visibility by aiding in the creation of marketing materials.
- Develop client relationships by establishing new connections and strengthening existing partnerships.
- Act as an industry expert, promoting INADEV's complete range of products and services that align with client mission objectives.
- Lead consultative selling efforts to identify and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients.
- Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of opportunities.

Essential Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Ability to pass a 7-year background check.
- Willingness to work a Hybrid Schedule (2-3 days a week).
- Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related field (e.g., marketing, finance, or communications) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing within the Federal Market.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within high-performance teams in a matrixed environment.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Proficient in the Microsoft suite of products.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with technical leaders, business executives, clients, and team members.
