Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Holman Enterprises. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence within the finance department and across business units.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic financial plans to drive business growth and profitability
- Lead and manage a team of finance professionals to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop and implement operational strategies that support financial goals
- Oversee all reporting for the organization, including budgeting, profit and loss, balance sheet, earnings, and cash flow
- Ensure alignment of the Finance Team's strategic initiatives with those of the broader organization
- Seek out and implement new tools or workflows that streamline processes, increase efficiency, and improve the overall business experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Advanced degree such as an MBA with concentration in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- Proficient in various desktop tools, including MS Office Programs and ERP systems
- Ability to use Power BI and data analytics tools for visualizing financial data and generating insights
- 15 years' experience in leadership roles within finance, including roles with increasing levels of responsibility and oversight
- Experience in a senior finance role within a large, complex organization
