Director of Credit Services

At Holman Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Credit Services to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the full range of managerial duties for the credit review and approval process, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the credit review and approval process, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
- Implement a system of credit analysis and quality assurance for credits made, including assigning ratings and conducting credit loss reserve analysis.
- Examine files periodically to ensure credit and collateral documentation, regulatory compliance, and credit policy conformance.
- Prepare written analyses on large credits, aggregate lending vs. indebtedness for individual borrowers, complex credits, and weak credits.
- Identify problem credits, make recommendations for assignment to the review credit list, and discuss status with senior lending officers and General Counsel.
- Provide quarterly analyses of the adequacy of the allowance for credit losses for board discussion.
- Prepare periodic board reports and studies of various portions of the credit portfolio.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in a financial leadership role.
- 5+ years of experience with credit markets and risk management.
- Knowledge of state-of-the-art credit tools and processes.
- Strong critical thinking skills, high emotional intelligence, and integrity.
- Expertise in Financial Management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Business acumen, leadership experiences, and strategic agility.
- Superior communication and presentation skills.
