Position Overview:


The individual will be part of the Guest Experience Division and will receive direction and support from supervisors, managers, and the General Manager.

The main duties include greeting attendees at the event, verifying and validating entry tickets, efficiently guiding guests to their designated seating areas, addressing inquiries, and actively engaging with attendees.

This position offers an hourly compensation of $14.

Benefits for part-time roles include a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions.

Additionally, Oak View Group provides part-time, seasonal, and internship employees with one hour of accrued paid leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 48 hours annually.


Ongoing Recruitment:

Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently and professionally manage the validation of each guest's ticket.


Assist attendees as they enter the venue, guide them to their assigned seating, and address any seating-related concerns.

Monitor access points of the venue to prevent unauthorized individuals from entering the event.

Provide guests with essential information regarding the event and related services such as concession stands, restrooms, and first aid.

Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations by monitoring aisles for safe pedestrian access and movement.

Guide guests to exits and offer instructions or assistance during emergencies or evacuations.

Serve as the primary contact for guest inquiries and assistance.

Responsible for managing the opening and closing of curtains in designated areas as required by the event.

Distribute programs and promotional materials as necessary.

Engage with each guest to enhance their overall experience.

Perform additional customer service tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:
General knowledge of public assembly operations is essential.

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are necessary.


Ability to work effectively under pressure while demonstrating good judgment, diplomacy, courtesy, and tact in all situations.

Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Comfortable in environments with heights, strobe lights, pyrotechnics, haze, and loud noises.

Willingness to rotate through various roles during a shift.
