Overview

The employee will be part of the Guest Experience Division and will receive direction, guidance, and support from department supervisors, managers, and the General Manager. The primary duties include welcoming attendees to the event, verifying and validating tickets at entry, efficiently directing guests to their designated seating areas, addressing inquiries, and proactively engaging with patrons.

This position offers an hourly wage of $14.

Benefits for part-time roles include a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions. Additionally, part-time, seasonal, and internship employees accrue one hour of paid leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 48 hours per year.

EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted continuously; there is no application deadline.

Responsibilities
  • Timely and professionally process the validation of each guest's ticket.
  • Assist guests upon entering the venue, guide them to their assigned seating area, and help resolve any seating issues.
  • Monitor entry points to prevent unauthorized individuals from accessing the event.
  • Provide guests with general information about the event and related services, such as concession stands, restrooms, and first aid.
  • Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations by monitoring aisles for pedestrian access and movement.
  • Guide guests to exits and provide instructions or assistance during emergencies or evacuations.
  • Act as the primary contact for guest requests and assistance.
  • Responsible for managing curtains in designated areas as related to the event.
  • Distribute programs and promotional materials as necessary.
  • Engage with each guest to enhance their overall experience.
  • Perform other general customer service duties as required.
Qualifications
  • General knowledge of public assembly operations is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while demonstrating good judgment, diplomacy, courtesy, and tact.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Comfortable in environments with heights, strobe lights, pyrotechnics, haze, and loud noises.
  • Willingness to rotate through various positions during a shift.
