About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Event Experience Ambassador to join our team at AEG. As a key member of our Guest Experience Department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience at our events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Validation: Process guest tickets in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accurate validation and efficient entry.
  • Guest Assistance: Provide support to guests as they enter the facility, directing them to their assigned seats and resolving any seating issues.
  • Perimeter Security: Monitor perimeter doors to prevent unauthorized access and maintain a secure environment.
  • Event Information: Provide guests with general information about the event, including concession stands, restrooms, and first aid services.
  • Fire Safety: Monitor aisles to ensure fire code safety regulations are met, maintaining pedestrian access and movement.
  • Emergency Response: Guide guests to exits and provide instructions in the event of an emergency or evacuation.
  • Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for guest requests and assistance, providing a high level of customer service.
  • Curtain Control: Open and close curtains in vomitories as required for the event.
  • Escalator Attendant: Monitor public behavior around escalators, ensuring proper operation and maintaining crowd control.
  • Program Distribution: Distribute programs and promotional materials as needed.
  • Guest Engagement: Engage with guests to provide a personalized and exceptional experience.
Requirements
  • Public Assembly Operations: Possess a general knowledge of public assembly operations.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Stress Management: Show ability to work well under stress and exercise good judgment, diplomacy, courtesy, and tact.
  • Flexibility: Be willing to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Comfort with Heights: Be comfortable working around heights, strobe lights, pyro, haze, and loud noises.
  • Position Rotation: Be willing to rotate to various positions within a shift.
