Position Overview:
The Guest Experience Department is seeking dedicated individuals to enhance the guest experience at our events. As a member of our team, you will be instrumental in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all attendees. Your primary duties will include greeting guests, verifying ticket validity, escorting them to their designated seating areas, addressing inquiries, and actively engaging with guests to enhance their experience.

Compensation:
This position offers an hourly wage of $14.

Part-Time Benefits:
Eligible part-time employees can participate in a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions. Additionally, part-time, seasonal, and internship staff accrue paid leave at a rate of one hour for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 48 hours annually.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently validate each guest's ticket upon entry.
  • Assist guests as they enter the venue, guiding them to their assigned seating and resolving any seating-related issues.
  • Monitor entry points to prevent unauthorized access to the event.
  • Provide guests with essential information regarding the event and available services, such as concessions and restrooms.
  • Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations by monitoring aisles and pedestrian movement.
  • Guide guests to exits and provide assistance during emergencies or evacuations.
  • Act as the primary contact for guest requests and assistance.
  • Manage the opening and closing of curtains in designated areas as required by the event.
  • Distribute event programs and promotional materials as necessary.
  • Engage with guests to deliver an exceptional overall experience.
  • Perform additional customer service duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • General knowledge of public assembly operations is preferred.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while demonstrating good judgment, courtesy, and tact.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Comfortable in environments with heights, strobe lights, pyrotechnics, haze, and loud noises.
  • Flexibility to rotate through various positions during shifts.
