Key Responsibilities
You will contribute to ensuring a delightful and unforgettable experience for our visitors by; warmly greeting and assisting each guest with outstanding service, whether in person or via phone, and managing the check-in and check-out processes in a courteous and efficient manner.
Qualifications
Candidates should have basic literacy, numeracy, and communication skills. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays may be necessary. This role requires the ability to perform the following: regularly engage in conversation, listen, and interact with guests. Frequent use of hands and fingers to manipulate objects, tools, or controls is expected. Occasional walking, sitting, and reaching with hands and arms is required. The role may involve lifting and/or moving items weighing up to 10 pounds and standing for extended periods.
Education & Experience
A high school diploma or equivalent educational background is required; or a suitable combination of education and experience.
One to three months of relevant experience and/or training is preferred.
