Position Overview

The Guest Services Representative is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, issuing room keys, addressing inquiries, and fulfilling guest requests while adhering to safety and operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Facilitate guest check-ins and room assignments in accordance with the hotel's pricing structures and promotional strategies.
  2. Handle special requests when feasible and manage check-in/check-out processes while ensuring compliance with payment handling and accounting standards.
  3. Respond to questions regarding hotel amenities, ongoing events, local attractions, and provide assistance with services such as check cashing and transportation.
  4. Escort guests courteously and professionally, ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards.
  5. Pre-register guests, manage reservation blocks, and process cancellations in line with established procedures.
  6. Engage in special projects and additional duties as assigned, contributing to team initiatives and committees as needed.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required.

Compensation: Starting wage of $12-$13 per hour, with both full-time and part-time positions available.
