Position Overview
The Guest Services Representative is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, issuing room keys, addressing inquiries, and fulfilling guest requests while adhering to safety and operational guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate guest check-ins and room assignments in accordance with the hotel's pricing structures and promotional strategies.
- Handle special requests whenever feasible to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Manage the check-in/check-out process and process payments in line with financial protocols.
- Respond to questions regarding hotel amenities, events, directions, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with services such as check cashing, safety deposit boxes, and transportation arrangements.
- Conduct guest walk-throughs in a courteous and professional manner, adhering to established standards.
- Pre-register guests, manage reservations, and cancel bookings as per company policies.
- Engage in special projects and additional duties as assigned, participating in committees and task forces as needed.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required.

Compensation
Starting wage ranges from $12 to $13, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time positions.
