Position Overview: We are in search of a seasoned Chief People Officer to spearhead our Human Resources division, guiding our global talent strategy and cultural initiatives in line with our core values. This pivotal role will report directly to the Founder/CEO and will be instrumental in navigating our organization through periods of growth and transformation while enhancing the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Partner with senior leadership to formulate and execute a comprehensive vision for global talent and culture initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational performance and growth targets.
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention: Cultivate a robust employment brand and talent acquisition strategy that champions diversity and inclusion, while optimizing onboarding processes to instill a deep understanding of our culture and values.
  • Cultural Stewardship: Foster a thriving company culture by promoting trust, open communication, and positive interactions, while addressing any morale challenges that may arise.
  • Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion: Design and implement impactful DEI strategies to nurture an inclusive workplace, collaborating with HR and leadership to uphold equitable recruitment and retention practices.
  • Executive Development: Encourage a culture of feedback and professional growth among the executive team, ensuring open lines of communication and continuous improvement.
  • Performance Management & Total Rewards: Drive a high-performance culture through effective performance management processes and leadership development initiatives, ensuring recognition aligns with our mission and values.
  • HR Team, Policies, & Tools: Lead the People team in delivering exceptional HR services, developing scalable policies and processes to meet operational needs.
  • Global Workforce Management: Oversee HR operations for a diverse, global workforce, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 20 years in HR, with at least 5 years in an executive capacity, leveraging data to inform decisions.
  • HR Expertise: Proven success in developing and executing effective HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
  • Global Perspective: Experience managing HR functions across multiple countries.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams, fostering trust and engagement.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with HR management systems and tools.
