Key Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief of People Operations will manage all facets of employee relations within the organization. This role encompasses oversight of HR, TA, and HCM, working closely with the executive team to ensure the consistent application of our corporate culture and ethical standards, aligned with Attic Projects' Mission, Vision, and Values.

Specific Duties Include:

  • Developing strategies, initiatives, and objectives for the People Operations Directorate.
  • Managing staff allocation and budget for the People Operations Directorate.
  • Leading the HR Team.
  • Overseeing Talent Acquisition and Recruitment efforts.
  • Supervising the Human Capital Management Team.
  • Implementing Training Packages, Performance Management, and Professional Development Programs.
  • Administering Compensation Packages and Benefits Plans.
  • Ensuring Compliance and Legal Affairs are handled appropriately.
  • Promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
  • Providing Corporate Oversight concerning Employee Relations and Engagement.
  • Managing Stakeholder Relationships.
  • Overseeing HR Information Systems (HRIS).

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master's degree or relevant certifications such as SPHR, MSHRM, or MBA preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior HR position, ideally as a Chief of People Operations, HR Director, or similar role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR, TA, and HCM best practices.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • The capacity to evaluate, develop, and implement effective HR strategies and establish new frameworks.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and data analysis.
  • A solid understanding of employment laws and regulations, with a minimum of five years of experience.
  • A strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.

Employment and Compensation Details:

Job Type: Full-time, not remote and not outsourceable

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $115,000 - $140,000 (base salary)

Pay Structure: Bi-weekly pay with direct deposit, eligible for annual bonus.
