About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional green commercial cleaning services to businesses across the region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing B2B organizations, with 5 years of people leadership experience and expertise in managing sales, lead generation, and closing business deals. Strong communication skills, adaptability, empathy, respect, self-motivation, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow the business by developing and executing strategic plans to increase revenue and market share
  • Maintain existing customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Leverage financial acumen to analyze business performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with the team to establish Individual Development Plans and evaluate individual performance

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience
