Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Scheduling: Schedule appointments for our healthcare providers, ensuring a smooth and productive day.
  • Front Office Operations: Manage front office tasks, including patient registration, e-check in, and account management.
  • Communication: Interact with patients and guests in a professional and friendly manner, providing a positive experience.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our healthcare providers, including answering phones, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a healthcare or administrative setting preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
