  • Parts Sales: Sell parts and accessories to customers, ensuring that they are aware of all available options and making recommendations based on their needs.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, receiving and stocking parts as needed, and ensuring that all merchandise is properly displayed and organized.
  • Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all parts are delivered to customers in a satisfactory condition.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of Harley Davidson motorcycles and parts; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds; frequent standing, walking, and bending required.
