Job Overview

As a Federal Sales Representative at PARATUSEC, you will possess extensive knowledge of our Service Offerings. Your role will involve articulating the features, capabilities, and advantages of PARATUSEC to ensure potential clients grasp our value proposition and opt for our solutions and services. Within the sales team, you will spearhead presales initiatives, including networking events, matchmaking, and research on Federal requirements, ensuring alignment with PARATUSEC's strategic goals while fostering customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in matchmaking, networking, and various Gov-Con conferences to effectively generate leads and navigate the sales process for lead qualification.
  • Take ownership of presales efforts for prospects, including delivering company capability presentations.
  • Serve as the primary expert on the features, benefits, and applications of PARATUSEC Service Offerings.
  • Utilize your communication skills to evaluate client needs and guide them through the evaluation and selection process, or gather essential business intelligence to assist in responding to RFIs, RFQs, or RFPs.
  • Maintain regular communication with leadership regarding sales activities and strategies.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 1 to 3+ years of sales experience with Federal Government Agencies is highly preferred.
  • Commitment: You possess a strong belief that PARATUSEC services can enhance government operations.
  • Proactive Attitude: A self-directed and resourceful individual willing to go the extra mile.
  • Dynamic and Innovative: Your energy and enthusiasm set you apart. You think creatively and impress others with your interpersonal skills and quality of work.
  • Team-Oriented: A leader who understands the importance of collaboration for achieving optimal results.
  • Data Proficiency: Strong understanding of databases, business intelligence software, and data analysis tools such as GOVWIN and SAM.Gov.
