About this Role:

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will spearhead go-to-market strategies for Mediabistro's offerings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to understanding our diverse audience, which includes organizations, learners, and instructors, and will excel in executing impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor a talented team of Product Marketers, fostering their professional development.
  • Collaborate closely with Product teams to shape strategic roadmaps and engage in the product development lifecycle.
  • Lead and partner with go-to-market team leaders to ensure successful product launches.
  • Create compelling messaging and communication strategies that facilitate the adoption of products and features utilized by instructors on our platform.
  • Monitor competitive landscape, identify audience trends, and engage in product development to ensure our offerings deliver significant value.
  • Champion customer advocacy by developing a profound understanding of their needs and motivations.
Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing within a dynamic B2B environment, with a proven track record of managing and executing complex projects.
  • Ability to establish strategic direction and lead the execution of go-to-market plans.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs related to brand awareness, customer adoption, and loyalty.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, with a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork.
  • Technical proficiency and a keen interest in emerging technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in marketing products to diverse user segments across various regions.
