We are in search of a Senior Product Manager who possesses outstanding creative, strategic, and analytical capabilities to propel our premier product offerings. In this role, you will be at the forefront of integrating engineering, data science, and design to fulfill our vision of transforming transportation.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Assess The Product Folks' strategic and competitive landscape to establish an ambitious product vision that inspires your team and stakeholders.
  • Translate this vision into actionable goals, success metrics, and a comprehensive roadmap that aligns with our mission and maximizes impact.
  • Develop a product roadmap to achieve your objectives and lead a core team of engineers, designers, data scientists, and marketers in executing it.
  • Gain a profound understanding of customer needs and motivations across various segments and use cases, utilizing data analysis, market research, and user insights to guide your decisions.
  • Take full ownership of your team's products, whether existing or new, from ideation through development, launch, growth, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Collaborate effectively across the organization, clearly communicating roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions to a diverse audience, from partner teams to executive leadership.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product design, or related consulting roles, with a significant focus on leading consumer-facing products.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to navigate project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in a structured manner, while defining and analyzing metrics that indicate product success.
  • Sound judgment and insight into the dynamics of the product ecosystem.
  • Exceptional communication skills and an intuitive understanding of communication strategies across all levels, including teams, the organization, users, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficient in conceptualizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects for various stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, adept at balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and requests.
