We are on the lookout for a full-time Senior Product Marketing and Content Strategist to enhance our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to the marketing of our primary offering, IXL, by spearheading the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product launches and updates. Your efforts will ensure that both internal and external marketing communications are executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement the go-to-market strategy for product releases and enhancements.
  • Oversee the project management of the GTM process for multiple product launches.
  • Create and refine marketing content, including messaging documents, emails, website copy, promotional materials, blog entries, case studies, and more.
  • Design and execute campaigns aimed at increasing awareness and utilization of product features among existing users.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to devise innovative strategies for reaching potential customers and enhancing engagement with current users.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and graphic designers, to ensure project execution from inception to completion.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between Product and Marketing teams, as well as with customer-facing teams.
  • Assist in training Sales and customer-facing teams on product messaging.
  • Provide guidance and editing support to content marketing associates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 6-9 years of robust marketing experience in a professional setting.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Outstanding writing abilities, capable of crafting impactful messaging for various formats, from product features to engaging blog posts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a collaborative spirit and the ability to work well with individuals at all levels.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Interest or experience in the education or edtech sector, with a quick learning curve regarding industry dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides; familiarity with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is advantageous.

Compensation

The salary range for this full-time position is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
