Technical Service Desk Manager

Three Saints Bay, LLC, a leading Federal Government Contractor, is seeking a seasoned Technical Service Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of its IT unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the work efforts of Data Entry, Data Analyst, and Telecommunications Mechanics teams.
- Manage daily operations, conduct quality reviews, and perform performance observations.
- Respond to internal staff and external customer requests regarding project requests, IT support, and data service issues.
- Attend meetings and conference calls to discuss operational functionality and strategic planning.
- Oversee Quality Assurance on work conducted by MegaCenter resources.
- Provide monthly reports on IT service work accomplished.
- Assume Contract Program Manager duties in their absence.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 5 years' experience as a remote programmer.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in computer software applications.
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
- Interpersonal relationships and coordination of work skills.
- Certified Alarm Technician II or similar certification.
