Job Summary

The Front Desk Supervisor is a key member of our hotel team, responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth operation of the front desk. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting the hotel's high standards.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with guests, staff, and management, ensuring that all concerns and issues are addressed promptly.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate, identify, and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, with a strong background in front desk operations.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with a preference for college coursework in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
