Job Summary

The Front Desk Supervisor is a key member of our hotel team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a smooth operation of the front desk. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about hotel policies and procedures.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with other hotel departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
