Job Summary:

The Front Desk Supervisor is a key member of our hotel team, responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth operation of the front desk. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and guest requests.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting the hotel's high standards.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a fair and professional manner.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with all hotel departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, with a strong background in customer service and front desk operations.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
