Position Overview:
We are seeking a Language Specialist to provide exceptional customer support via email.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality customer service in English and a selected language from the list provided.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats.

6-12 months

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in verbal and written English and one of the following languages: Arabic, Bulgarian, Catalan, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Estonian, Filipino, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Latvian, Norwegian, Malay, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, Vietnamese.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in email support.
  • Native proficiency in the selected language.
  • Residence in the locale for at least 2 of the past 5 years or frequent travel to the native region.
  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
