Job Title: Bilingual Customer Support Representative

Language Requirement: Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential, as the successful candidate will engage with business associates in Mandarin-speaking regions.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and solutions to merchant clients.
  • Provide professional consulting services and efficiently manage work orders via online chat, email, or hotline, with a primary focus on customer support.
  • Embrace a mindset of continuous learning, adept at resolving complex business challenges and addressing customer grievances.
  • Identify, summarize, and communicate obstacles affecting customer experiences.
  • Offer insights and recommendations to enhance the international service platform based on service cases and data analysis.
  • Demonstrate experience and capability in service operations.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment, with familiarity in call center operations. Experience in the financial services or internet sectors is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Able to adjust and refine operational strategies based on data analysis.
  • Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility, logical reasoning, and independent thinking.
  • Possess a collaborative spirit and teamwork ethic.
  • Capable of problem-solving under pressure.
  • Proficient in resource management.
