About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager Technical to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Sales, Marketing, and Global Services Ops team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering solutions and results for our worldwide sales field organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the strategic vision and own the long-term roadmap for major suites of technology products with AWS Sales-wide impact.
  • Work with business and technical teams within AFX and SMGS Ops to use your product expertise, customer obsession, and ownership of the end-to-end product development cycle to lead products and teams through strategic and technical ambiguity to ultimate success.
  • Make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market and technical and business outcomes, clearly communicating goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of experience with 4+ years of technical product management experience in a related industry.
  • Deep experience with SAP.
  • Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
