Chief Executive Officer

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to serve as the President and Chief Executive Officer of our organization. As the chief spokesperson and ambassador, you will be responsible for leading our efforts in adapting to a changing environment and emerging challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic vision to drive organizational outcomes and achieve measurable community-wide impact on integrated education, financial stability, and health goals.
- Build and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate executives, labor representatives, and government officials.
- Grow revenue from multiple sources and provide leadership in developing financial goals and innovative strategies.
- Lead the development of the organizational structure, competencies, culture, operational processes, and technology to support effectively and efficiently achieving organizational goals.
- Progressively lead the organization while managing organizational risk and ensuring the continuity of volunteer direction.
- Demonstrated success in organizational leadership as a senior-level executive providing community focus.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly cultivate key stakeholder relationships and build teams and coalitions.
- Proven leadership in fundraising and increasing revenue, with experience in major gifts.
- Exceptionally strong communication, presentation, public speaking, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in utilizing data, analytics, and metrics to understand emerging trends and implement innovative strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to think and act quickly and strategically, instilling confidence, trust, and respect.
- Expertise in making tough decisions, recognizing the need for change, and managing change, including allocation of resources.
- Experience in attracting, developing, and retaining next-gen leaders and top performers.
- Normal office environment, not subject to extremes in temperature, noise, odors, etc.
- Regularly uses computer keyboards requiring eye-hand coordination and finger dexterity.
- Will involve travel to meetings and attendance at early morning or evening meetings.
