Job Description

The Virtual Technologies Group, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's vision and mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Partnership:
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to drive business results and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
    • Develop and implement change management initiatives to support business growth and transformation.
    • Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, development, and retention to ensure a high-performing workforce.
  • HR Team Leadership:
    • Lead and develop a high-performing HR team to drive business outcomes and support organizational growth.
    • Develop and implement HR processes and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • HR Functional Leadership:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives and drive organizational success.
    • Lead the development and implementation of talent management programs to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce.
    • Provide guidance on compensation and benefits to ensure alignment with market standards and business objectives.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    • Develop and implement processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting of HR metrics and analytics.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving business results and developing high-performing teams.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership skills. Ability to collaborate with executive leadership and drive business outcomes.
