KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop HR strategies that align with overall business goals.
- Implement best practices in talent acquisition, employee relations, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Champion a compensation philosophy that is equitable and performance-driven.
- Manage the annual performance review process, ensuring ongoing performance management.
- Address employee concerns proactively and manage compliance with employment regulations.
- Build the HR infrastructure necessary for successful mergers and acquisitions.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and provide guidance on policy interpretation.
- Develop metrics and processes that support organizational performance and goal achievement.
- Manage and optimize HR systems and processes across the organization.
- Organize employee data effectively through the HRIS platform.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field; PHR or SPHR certification preferred. Master’s degree is a plus.
- At least 10 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple HR functions.
- Demonstrated experience managing HR in a rapidly growing organization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Proven capability to design and implement effective HR programs strategically and tactically.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence leadership on HR strategies.
- Experience in change management best practices.
- Proven track record in attracting and retaining exceptional talent.
- Experience in payroll management and corporate benefits administration.
- Ability to establish credibility within the HR function through professional qualifications and leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
