Position Overview

In the role of Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will serve as a vital extension of our technical teams, leveraging your expertise in persuasive communication and strategic pursuits across various markets and regions. As organized and resourceful project managers, we oversee the pursuit process from its inception to the final selection. You will spearhead strategic initiatives and execute routine marketing tasks in accordance with established protocols, utilizing your understanding of our organization, processes, and procedures to devise solutions for unique challenges. This position may encompass responsibilities related to proposals, interview strategies, client events, award submissions, client intelligence, and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies and procedures to meet the marketing objectives of the team, positioning the firm for success in securing and finalizing projects. Set, communicate, and adhere to deadlines; lead marketing strategy meetings specific to projects; provide solutions for the firm's daily marketing requirements. Address complex issues using your knowledge and experience, while mentoring junior staff members. Generate and conceptualize content for various marketing initiatives. Employ best practices to enhance project effectiveness, utilizing market research techniques to monitor trends and demands, and develop event concepts and promotions. Plan and oversee the creation of materials for marketing activities such as Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), proposals, and interview presentations, ensuring compliance with the firm's standards. Conduct internal quality assurance and quality control reviews to maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy in all marketing materials, analyses, and documentation. Collect, maintain, and analyze client intelligence data. Assist in identifying target markets and potential clients, strategizing to cultivate relationships with them. Prepare and submit entries for industry awards.

You bring to the team:

Excellent communication skills A collaborative spirit and the ability to work well in a team At least six years of experience in a marketing role, particularly in securing work through competitive processes. A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Journalism, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivation and initiative, alongside the ability to work collaboratively. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Effective time management skills and the capacity to handle multiple high-priority tasks with strict deadlines. Proven skills in technical and conversational writing, including reviewing and proofreading materials for content, grammar, and style. The ability to contribute effectively to both local and remote teams. The capability to implement marketing strategies to secure work. The ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across various offices to execute effective marketing strategies for specific projects and clients with minimal direction. The skill to manage and coordinate the development of content and messaging for quality statements-of-qualifications, proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials with internal stakeholders. The ability to work with internal stakeholders to gather and maintain project-related data and information. Proven competency in data management software. The ability to cultivate and maintain effective professional relationships. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills.
