Venturi Supply is a leading player in the independent value-added distribution sector, specializing in PVF (pipes, valves, and fittings). With extensive warehouse facilities and a diverse customer base, we are committed to delivering high-quality engineered products and industrial supplies across critical markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales process by tracking open orders, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer support.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach via phone and email.
- Determine accurate product pricing by utilizing pricing matrices and complex tables.
- Ensure prompt shipment of materials while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Enhance sales through comprehensive product knowledge and effective communication.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve problems in the absence of outside sales personnel.
- Conduct estimating, take-off, and proposal tasks as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated integrity, strong customer service skills, and effective communication abilities.
- A minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience in a related industry is preferred.
- High School Diploma or a College Degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with distribution-specific ERP systems.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug tests as required.
