Administrative Coordinator I

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator I to join our team at Nova Southeastern University. As a key member of our department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate activities and functions within the department to ensure seamless operations.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve non-routine problems in a timely manner.
- Review data and follow up on discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
- Enter data and generate reports from various systems, including Ariba, Banner, and Paytrax.
- Assist in the periodic updating of program materials and coordinate room and scheduling assignments.
- Maintain department files and databases in accordance with accreditation guidelines.
- Serve as the initial contact and program liaison for academic-related matters.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including HPD Office for Legal Affairs.
- Participate in weekday, weekend, and evening program events, including retreats, receptions, and institutes.
- Responsible for the maintenance of student records, including grade recording and reporting.
- Travel to Student Education Centers, conferences, and career fairs for training and program marketing purposes.
- Oversee the requisition, receipt, and inventory of equipment and/or supplies for the curriculum.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Three (3) years of administrative experience in academics, healthcare, business, or related area.
- Associate's Degree and two (2) years of administrative experience in academics, healthcare, business, or related area.
