This full-time opportunity will be based in our tech Center office in Denver, Colorado.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate multiple internal projects and tasks for a diverse group of investment banking professionals
- Prepare client-facing memoranda, proposals, large mailings, seminar textbooks, reports, and other deliverables
- Proofread, edit, and format documents
- Perform project data entry, tracking, and reporting
- Manage and update contact lists
- Plan onsite and offsite meetings, conference calls, and lunches
- Perform deal-specific research
- Maintain electronic data rooms, including granting access, setting permissions, and folders, uploading documents, and archiving
- Assist with FINRA compliance efforts
- Maintain contracts, subscriptions, membership, and registration renewals
- Work in conjunction with the accounting group to maintain required documentation for annual audit
- Perform general office administrative duties, including processing expenses and invoices, coordinating staff calendars, scanning documents, faxing, copying, and printing
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's or associate degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent number of years of work experience
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative support role or equivalent position
- Strong customer service ethic and dedication to high-quality work product
- Ability to thrive with minimal direction and supervision
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proven organizational and time management skills, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated maturity and the ability to perform both individually and as a team player
- Excellent proofreading, editing, and formatting skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Must have 2-3 years of Financial Service background to be considered and be able to work 100% in office.
