Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Senior Sales Operations Associate to become an integral part of our Intelligence & Data Architecture team within Sales Operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing comprehensive datasets and dashboards that inform strategic decisions and optimize sales performance.

Your collaboration will extend across various teams, including sales representatives, leadership, and cross-functional partners in Product Marketing, Finance, and Data Science.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft intuitive and impactful dashboards for sales teams and management to facilitate informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and sustain robust data pipelines that support our sales data warehouse, ensuring efficient data flow and accessibility.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Strategy team to provide actionable insights for key initiatives.
  • Promote the utilization of self-service datasets through training and engagement with stakeholders.
  • Oversee the support channel for data warehouse users, assisting with onboarding, data discrepancies, and insight refinement.
Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in SQL, with experience in building data pipelines using tools like Apache Airflow being advantageous.
  • Experience in designing and managing a data warehouse for diverse user groups and stakeholder teams.
  • Strong data visualization and storytelling skills to convey complex information clearly.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Engineering, Sales Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A BA/BS degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or Business, or equivalent professional experience.
