Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Retail Operations Associate to facilitate our expansion efforts across the nation. This position will require close collaboration with our Business Systems team, overseeing order management processes, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating both international and domestic logistics. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail and wholesale operations, experience with ERP systems, and familiarity with third-party logistics (3PL).
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure precise and efficient processing of orders
- Monitor the performance of order transmissions and customer lead times
- Keep records updated in NetSuite
- Oversee logistics for international and domestic shipments
- Work in partnership with manufacturing facilities and review compliance documentation from customers
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in retail or wholesale operations
- Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
- Understanding of freight carrier services and procedures
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Genuine interest in health, wellness, and personal care
