Our New Home Sales Representatives assist prospective homeowners in realizing their dream of homeownership, expertly guiding them through the LGI Homes sales process. This role involves setting appointments, finalizing sales, and achieving annual sales targets.

Compensation and Benefits

New Home Sales Representatives benefit from unlimited earning potential, comprehensive training, industry-leading commissions, a paid vehicle and mobile phone allowance, and a robust bonus structure. Achieving sales benchmarks can lead to six-figure earnings. No prior real estate experience is necessary, as we provide extensive training to ensure your success with our sales methodology.

  • Exhibit outstanding communication skills, both face-to-face and via phone.
  • Be available to work weekends.
  • Preferred experience in commission-based sales roles.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.

Employee Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary package along with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan with a 4% match, a vehicle and phone allowance, an employee stock purchase plan, and discounts on new homes. Compensation Details

Total Earnings: $151,000 - $333,000+ with no earning cap. (This range is based on closing 15 – 30 units with a 2.0% commission on an average sales price of $505,000). Includes a paid vehicle and phone allowance.

Commission Structure: 2.5% commission on all closed sales under $500,000, and 2.0% commission on all closed sales over $500,000. Includes a recoverable draw of $12,000 per quarter, compared against commissions earned quarterly.

Bonus Opportunities: Bonuses are awarded at each level of units closed within a calendar year, ranging from $5,000 to $30,000 based on the number of units closed.

Training Compensation: 100 days of Training Pay totaling $13, equivalent to $48,000 annually, paid bi-weekly.
