**Requirements:**

  • 1-3 years of experience in a commission-based sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong internal drive and motivation to achieve sales goals.
  • Ability to adapt to different personalities and customer needs.
  • 1-3 years of experience in jewelry retail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
