Knauf Turkey operates from Ankara, supported by two production facilities and four quarries that cater to the Turkish market and facilitate exports. With a legacy of producing high-quality, market-leading gypsum building products for over 90 years, Knauf Turkey is an integral part of the Knauf Middle East, Africa & South Asia (MEASA) region. Our growing team of 2,100, including 350 in Turkey, is on the lookout for passionate and ambitious individuals to help us reach our objectives. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our People Department as a People Partner.

Are you ready to take on these responsibilities?

  • Act as the primary resource for employee inquiries related to HR policies and other pertinent matters.
  • Support various HR initiatives and projects.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture and promoting a sense of belonging.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job advertisements, resume evaluations, interview scheduling, and reference checks.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, encompassing orientation sessions, paperwork completion, and introduction to company policies.
  • Work closely with business leaders to comprehend their objectives and devise people strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Design and implement training and development programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and career advancement opportunities.
  • Analyze people data and trends proactively to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in people management, integrating them into our HR strategies.

  • A degree in a business-related field such as Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.
  • A strong grasp of HR best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all organizational levels.
  • Detail-oriented with robust organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A collaborative spirit, capable of working across functions and with global teams.
  • Fluency in English.
