Our Ankara office, equipped with two production facilities and four quarries, serves the Turkish market and facilitates product exports. With a legacy of producing high-quality, industry-leading gypsum building materials for over 90 years, Knauf Turkey is an integral part of the Knauf Middle East, Africa & South Asia (MEASA) region. Our team of 2,100, including 350 dedicated professionals in Turkey, is expanding, and we seek passionate, driven individuals to help us reach our objectives. We are currently looking for a new colleague to join our People Department as a People Partner.

  • Act as the primary resource for employee inquiries related to HR policies and associated matters?
  • Provide assistance for HR initiatives?

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, resume evaluations, interview scheduling, and reference checks.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, encompassing orientation sessions, paperwork completion, and introductions to company policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with business leaders to comprehend their objectives and develop people strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Design and implement training and development programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and career advancement opportunities.
  • Analyze people data and trends proactively to identify areas for enhancement and propose solutions to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in people management, integrating them into our HR strategies and practices.

  • A business-related degree such as Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a degree related to Human Resources; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.
  • A strong grasp of HR best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all organizational levels.
  • Detail-oriented with robust organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A collaborative approach to working across functions and with global teams.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to reside in Ankara.
