Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assisting with recruitment activities, including crafting job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Coordinating onboarding processes for new hires, encompassing orientation sessions, paperwork completion, and introductions to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating closely with business leaders to comprehend their objectives and devise people strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Designing and implementing training and development programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and career advancement opportunities.
  • Proactively analyzing workforce data and trends to identify areas for enhancement and recommending solutions to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Keeping informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in people management, integrating them into our HR strategies and practices.

  • A business-related degree such as Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a degree related to Human Resources; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.
  • A strong grasp of HR best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with employees at all organizational levels.
  • Detail-oriented with robust organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and with global teams.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Eligibility to reside in Ankara.
