Role Purpose

We are dedicated to nurturing a culture of excellence, teamwork, and ongoing development. As we expand, we are looking for a skilled People Partner to join our People Department and empower our workforce to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Support various HR initiatives and projects.
  • Champion efforts to cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Primary Duties:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation and paperwork completion.
  • Work closely with leadership to understand their needs and develop HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • Analyze workforce data and trends to identify improvement areas and propose solutions for organizational effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in HR management to enhance our strategies.

  • Fluency in English.
