Role Purpose
We are dedicated to nurturing a culture of excellence, teamwork, and ongoing development. As we expand, we are looking for a skilled People Partner to join our People Department and empower our workforce to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Support various HR initiatives and projects.
- Champion efforts to cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Primary Duties:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation and paperwork completion.
- Work closely with leadership to understand their needs and develop HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Analyze workforce data and trends to identify improvement areas and propose solutions for organizational effectiveness.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in HR management to enhance our strategies.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with employees at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and with international teams.
- Fluency in English.
