Strategic Account Manager

As a Strategic Account Manager at Freudenberg Group, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers in the automotive industry. Your primary goal will be to drive profitable sales growth and meet customer expectations through effective sales strategies and coordination with internal resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, margin improvement plans, and sales-related reports to support management decision-making.
- Maintain accurate customer data, quotes, and opportunities in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, material science, or a related field.
- Master's degree in business administration is preferred.
- 5-10+ years of experience in automotive technical sales and/or account management for the nonwoven industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-driven mentality.
- Strong negotiation skills and a problem-solving attitude.
