Job Title: Vice President, Strategic Partnerships - Europe

Aesara Inc is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Strategic Partnerships team in Europe. As Vice President, you will be responsible for developing and executing market access strategies, leading project management, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality strategic considerations and advice to biotech and pharma clients on reimbursement, value & access, and health economics and outcomes research topics.
  • Execute project management fundamentals and professional service delivery.
  • Live the Aesara Agency Model as Agency Lead for key client accounts, creating trusted partnerships and opportunities for future work.
  • Contribute to the development of Aesara Digital solutions by providing client insights and subject matter expertise.

Requirements:

  • Graduate-level education and 15+ years of demonstrated leadership ability and experience in senior roles within biotech and/or pharmaceutical companies.
  • Experience in developing and executing Market Access / HEOR deliverables, including RWD studies, economic models, PROs, value dossiers, and value communications materials.
  • Deep experience in developing evidence-based value propositions, clinical development value measurement strategies, value evidence generation plans, HTA, price & reimbursement processes.
