Job Title: Vice President, Strategic Partnerships

AESARA is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Strategic Partnerships team as Vice President. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market access and a proven track record of delivering high-quality, timely strategic considerations and advice to biotech and pharma clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead market access strategy and execution of projects
  • Develop and deliver strategic considerations and advice to clients
  • Execute project management and professional service delivery
  • Live the AESARA Agency Model as Agency Lead for key client accounts
  • Accelerate AESARA's growth by helping build and shape the organization

Requirements:

  • Graduate level education and 15+ years of leadership experience in biotech and/or pharmaceutical companies
  • Experience in developing and executing market access strategies and deliverables
  • Deep understanding of value propositions, clinical development value measurement strategies, and value evidence generation plans
  • Agile, creative, and innovative with excellent professional values and behaviors
