Job Summary

IQVIA is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Development group, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing potential mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships to develop recommendations and project financial impact on our organization's portfolio and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage IQVIA's M&A efforts through pipeline evaluation, modeling, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and closing activities.
* Build and refine complex financial models for company valuation purposes.
* Perform ad-hoc financial analyses for a range of strategic and M&A initiatives.
* Analyze and interpret financial statements and clearly convey conclusions and insights.
* Perform market research, develop strategic initiatives, and build business cases.
* Work with IQVIA senior executives and colleagues, target company management teams, and external advisors on a regular basis.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
* 3-5 years corporate development experience.
* Professional familiar with M&A and finance, for example, investment banking analyst, a comparable corporate development role involving detailed knowledge of financial modeling and valuation.
* Prior experience and understanding in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and information industries is preferred.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $100,100.00 - $166,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
