Job Title: Strategic Planning Facilitation Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Strategic Planning Facilitation Coordinator to join our team at Creo. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide critical support to our senior consultants and clients by facilitating the planning and execution of strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Provide logistical support for client facilitations, including scheduling, note-taking, and meeting capture
- Assist in the development of client materials, such as interview notes, thematic analysis, and PowerPoint decks
- Manage client relationships and serve as a point of contact for clients
- Support the research and data capture process, including interviewing key stakeholders and analyzing survey information

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of relevant experience in business operations or a related field
- Bachelor's degree
- Exceptional verbal and writing skills
- Live note-taking skills
- Calendar management and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly to meet client needs
