The Strategic Planning Facilitation Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the CEO and senior consultants in delivering high-quality strategic planning facilitations to clients. With 2-4 years of business experience, this individual will work closely with the team to schedule and deliver facilitations, ensuring seamless project execution.

Key responsibilities include providing support on scheduling, note-taking, meeting capture, theming, content creation, and compiling deliverables. The Coordinator will also ensure project teams are set up for success and support senior staff in preparing client materials.

As the point of contact for clients, the Coordinator will manage client relations for the CEO and/or senior consultants, providing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Research, data capture, and reporting are also essential aspects of this role, requiring the ability to analyze survey information and prepare reports summarizing findings.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, executive presence, exceptional verbal and writing skills, and typing skills of at least 80 words per minute. Advanced experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook is also required, as well as the ability to work on tight deadlines and manage multiple shifting priorities.

Travel is required for this role, and the successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
