Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet all visitors with a smile and positive attitude, ensuring a five-star experience from the time they walk in until the time they leave.
  • Administrative Functions: Independently manage a wide variety of administrative tasks, including checking in and adding new customers, documenting time in and out, and maintaining a clean and organized lobby and waiting area.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls and customer questions, guiding customers through the check-in and waiting process.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain knowledge of the products offered and provide product information to customers.

Requirements:

  • Age and Residency: Must be at least 21 years old and a resident of Michigan.
  • Work Schedule: Must be able to work a full-time schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holiday shifts.
  • Transportation: Must have reliable transportation.
  • Experience: Must have cash handling experience and a strong customer service background.
  • Certifications: Must be able to pass a background check.
